Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this study was by using the purposive sampling method totaling 15 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the help of the eviews 12 application. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variables Return on assets, earnings per share and liquidity variables current ratio simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, the profitability variables return on assets and earnings per share have a significant effect on stock prices, while the liquidity variable current ratio partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices.
