Abstract
Green Building is a building concept that is oriented towards environmental sustainability by paying attention to reducing negative impacts while creating positive impacts on the climate and natural environment. The purpose of the research is to determine the assessment of the level of application of green building concept standards at the Riau Province National Narcotics Agency Office in the aspects of energy, water, and materials. As well as to determine the level of certification of the application of green building concept standards at the Riau Province National Narcotics Agency Office on Edge software. In this research, the methods used are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data is obtained from working drawings to identify the materials used. Primary data is obtained from field surveys to identify the use of energy and water usage. The data that has been obtained will be inputted into Edge software and produce a percentage of energy, water and material usage tested. The results showed that the Riau Province National Narcotics Agency Office has implemented the green building concept optimally. This is evidenced based on the Edge assessment results on energy efficiency reaching 64.64%, water savings of 24.87%, and material savings of 34%. Where this figure has passed the minimum Edge assessment value of 20%.
