Abstract
his event is an important moment in medical education that needs to be visually presented to effectively convey ethical and professional messages to the audience. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the studio owner, creative team, editor, and users from among medical students. The findings show that Studio Addstory Creative's visual communication strategy includes planning the video concept, selecting locations, using production tools such as lighting and stabilizers, and editing processes involving color grading, motion graphics, and audio synchronization. The resulting video not only documents the event but also conveys emotional meaning that is both aesthetic and communicative. These findings are supported by concepts such as visual language, visualiser, visual effect, and visual literacy discussed in previous studies. The study concludes that a creative and well-structured visual communication strategy can improve the effectiveness of message delivery and enhance the visual appeal of academic events.
