Abstract

Mental health disorders are not a simple problem, so every individual has the right to heal themselves in order to have a healthy mind, one of the steps in the process is known as self-healing. Self-healing is a natural healing because basically humans are able to heal themselves in certain ways that are simple and comfortable. Having children is an unexpected and stressful experience for some parents, especially mothers. Because in terms of culture, society considers raising children to be the mother's duty and obligation while earning a living is the father's duty and obligation. Another underlying consideration is because emotionally children are closer to their mothers. Mother is the closest figure to a child, the figure of a mother is always depicted as someone who is full of affection, peace, sacrifice, and selfless devotion. The role of mothers is very large for the growth and development of children and in coloring the character of a generation. It is natural that Islam gives the view that "women are the pillars of the state", meaning that the existence and role of mothers determine the quality of a generation.
