Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Village Head Supervision of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) Owned by Kepenghuluan Bagan Batu. Indicators in this study include, Production, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Adaptation and Development. The location of this study is at the Kepenghuluan Bagan Batu Office, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency in this study there is a phenomenon that causes the ineffectiveness of Supervision and development of BUMdes carried out by Kepenghuluan. This can be seen from the lack of guidance from the BUMdes Kepenghuluan management to the Bagan Batu city village community. As well as the lack of coordination between the village head and the BUMdes Kepenghuluan Bagan Batu management, then coupled with the lack of socialization regarding loan funds so that many people do not know the procedure. The theory used in this study is the theory of Gibson et al. (2002). This type of research is Qualitative, data collection techniques are Observation, Interviews and Documentation, data analysis techniques by collecting all data then presenting data so that conclusions can be drawn in answering all problems.
