Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of the Digital Population Identity Application is carried out by the Population and Civil Registry Service of Pekanbaru City, the indicators in this study include Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure. The location of the study is the Population and Civil Registry Service Office of Pekanbaru City, in this study there is a phenomenon that causes the service program with this population application to be hampered. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many people who do not know the application of population application users even though it has been implemented since 2022, Then the theory in this study is the theory of George Edward II (2003), Implementing Public Policy. This type of research is Qualitative, data collection techniques are through Observation, Interviews and Documentation, data analysis by collecting all data then presenting data so that conclusions can be drawn in answering all problems.
