Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze work discipline and job satisfaction on employee productivity at Pt. Hello Tambang Berjaya. Sampling used the Census method, so the sample in this study was 90 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing using the SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that work discipline and job satisfaction affect employee productivity at PT. Hello Tambang Berjaya.
