Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and working hours on employee performance at PT. Bukit Apit Bumi Persada Duri, Bengkalis Regency. Sampling using the Census method, the sample in this study was 70 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM using the help of SmartPLS-4 Software. The results of this study indicate that incentives and working hours have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bukit Apit Bumi Persada Duri, Bengkalis Regency.
