Abstract

This study aims to determine how Niskala Coffeespacee's marketing communication attracts consumer interest through Instagram in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The theory used is the Marketing Communication theory according to Shimp (2008). This study uses a qualitative approach. In this study, there were 7 subjects. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the feed aspect shows that advertising and displaying Niskala Coffeespacee, if posts often appear in explore, are liked by many people, or get comments such as "the place is really cute", "this photo is really good", then attention has been successfully attracted. The aspect of posting user interaction in the morning, sometimes afternoon and even in the afternoon such as 07.00 - 20.00, the type of posting content that is most suitable for Niskala Coffeespacee's marketing purposes, such as product photos, customer reviews. the type of posting content that is most suitable for Niskala Coffeespacee's marketing purposes, such as product photos, customer reviews Niskala Coffeespacee routinely posts 3-5 Instastories per day, in Instastories can create an emotional connection between customers and brands. The reels aspect of Niskala Coffeespacee is supported by the use of the Reels feature to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, promote new menus or events, Niskala Coffeespacee's creativity can attract consumer interest with an attractive interior theme.
