Abstract
The primary objective of these cooperative relationships is to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved. Effective persuasive communication is also crucial in establishing successful partnerships, as exemplified by GEKRAFS Riau's collaboration with their sponsors. This research focuses on the Persuasive Communication of GEKRAFS Riau in Building Cooperative Relationships with Sponsorship, aiming to achieve mutual goals and optimal outcomes for all parties. This study employs a qualitative approach, using observation, interview, and documentation methods, and incorporates the concept of persuasive negotiation. The research findings indicate that the persuasive communication and negotiation strategies employed by GEKRAFS Riau in establishing cooperative relationships with their sponsors involve (1) Preparation, (2) Initial Contact, (3) Conciliation, and (4) Post-Negotiation. Thus far, the persuasive communication has been effective.
