Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the interaction of growth response and production of rainbow corn (Zea mays) to concentrations of POC Super Natural Nutrition and NPK Grower 15-9-20. The design used was a completely randomized factorial design consisting of two factors. The first factor was POC Super Natural Nutrition which consisted of 4 levels, namely P0 without treatment, P1 3.0, P2 6.0, P3 9.0 ml/l water and the second factor was NPK Mutiara Grower (15-09-20) which consisted of 4 levels namely N0 without treatment, N1 10, N2 20, N3 30 g/plant. Parameters observed were plant height, longest leaf length, number of leaves, flowering age, harvest age, stem diameter, cob diameter without cobs, cob length, cob weight, cob row. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with a follow-up test for Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of POC Super Natural Nutrition and NPK Grower 15-9-20 had a significant effect on all observation parameters. The main effect of POC Super Natural Nutrition has a significant effect on all observation parameters, with the best treatment being 9.0 ml/l water. The main effect of NPK Mutiara Grower (15-09-20) had a significant effect on all observation parameters, with the best treatment being 30 g/plant.
