Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soft skills, hard skills, and work-life balance on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pasir Pengaraian Branch. This study uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 157 employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pasir Pengaraian Branch. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis. The results of the study show that Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on performance, Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on performance, Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
