Abstract

Leadership and work motivation are among the factors that influence employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work motivation with work discipline as a moderating variable. This is a quantitative study. The sample size was determined using a census technique, resulting in a sample of 104 people. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM PLS analysis, and data processing was performed using the Smart PLS Version 3.0 application. The results of the study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation also have a positive and significant influence on work discipline. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance with work discipline as a moderating variable.
