Abstract
Work discipline and performance allowances are one of the factors that affect employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, and employee performance benefits with work performance as an intervening variable. The location of this research is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative research. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, so that a research sample of 117 people was obtained. . Data comes from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis using SEM PLS analysis and data processing using the Smart Pls Version 3.0 application. The results showed that work discipline and performance allowances had a positive and significant effect on work performance. Work discipline and performance benefits have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work performance. Performance allowance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work performance.
