Abstract
The heart is an organ of the human body that has a vital function, small abnormalities can have a big effect on the body's performance. Heart disease has a presentation of up to 29% of cases of death in the world and 17 million people die each year from heart and blood vessel disease worldwide. Normal adult heart rate ranges from 60-100 beats per minute (bpm). The heart rhythm with tachycardia is >100 bpm, while the heart rhythm with bradycardia is <60 bpm. Several health services today, checks are carried out routinely in order to monitor the health of the heartbeat. Expensive and discontinuous prices make smartwatches less efficient for monitoring heart health. This heart rate detection tool is made using NodeMCU 8266 as a microcontroller which is connected to blynk as a mobile application as a data visualization in graphic form. This tool also consists of a pulse sensor that is circulating in the market as an input sensor to detect heart rate, a buzzer as a notification when a heart rate is detected, and a 0.96" OLED to display realtime data on a heart rate detector. Tool testing is done by comparing the value obtained by the tool made and the value obtained by the tool from community services. The results of the hardware design are made by putting the tools into a small box (box) measuring 7cm x 4.5cm x 2.3cm. The results of testing the tool used for 1 minute is to get an accuracy of 94.03%.
