Abstract

As a result of the communication process between the Leader and Planet Surf store employees in the Daily Report not running smoothly, resulting in a lot of work in the store piling up, the sales process is hampered causing a decrease in store revenue and often resulting in additional working hours because there is some work to be done. increase working hours. Therefore, this research will develop a Daily Report application for mobile-based company employee performance productivity. This study aims to create an employee daily report application using the Flutter Framework and make it easier for Leaders to monitor the performance of various divisions in the Planet Surf store. In this study using Text Editor software, IDE and Flutter SDK. The data collection technique uses primary data collection by direct observation at several Planet surf shops in Pekanbaru.
