Abstract

The manual system for ordering travel tickets that consumers do by telephone or coming to the travel counter directly is a weakness of the travel ticket ordering system. Consumers wish to confirm travel departure schedules and even have to wait a long time to find out the exact departure schedule and which seats are still empty, this can cause consumers' time to be wasted due to slow processing of travel ticket bookings. In this case the travel ticket ordering report that is currently running is still using the manual method, for example every consumer who orders travel tickets is still recorded in the book and this causes problems and also inaccuracy of data will result in the process of ordering travel tickets by travel counters.
