Abstract

Currently, many agencies are still using the old system in managing correspondence which tends to be less effective and efficient, so applicants are required to bring the requirements for handling correspondence and wait for the letter-making process to finish, especially agencies such as the lurah office. The use of the old system has many possible errors in recording the data of the letter applicant and making reports, causing loss of data in the form of books or archives, there are even data archives that are lost or damaged because there are too many existing files. With this correspondence service application through a website application it can store population data dynamically and can facilitate the work of officers in managing and servicing correspondence at the Sorek Satu village head office.
