Abstract

In mastering ulayat lands, usually it does not determine exactly what the physical condition of the land is, especially the size of the area of land under its control, the rights that are owned by the Minang Kabau indigenous people usually use ranji as evidence, but this evidence only contains ownership but is not accompanied by specific measurements. controlled, then this can lead to conflict if the boundaries of the land are changed or changed by irresponsible parties, then ulayat land disputes arise on it. The main problem in this study is how to prove the mastery of rights over inter-tribal dispute resolution in customary land control.
