Abstract
This study aims to develop an augmented reality (AR) application that can be used as a learning medium about the tsunami occurrence process. This abstract describes the research conducted to design and implement an application that utilizes AR technology to provide interactive information and visualization regarding the mechanism of a tsunami. This application is designed to provide an immersive learning experience by utilizing virtual objects, animations, and additional information presented in real-time via mobile devices. Through the use of this AR application, users can observe, understand, and follow the steps involved in a tsunami event, including the main causes, wave movement, and the waves in the environment. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the field of education and help increase students' understanding of complex natural phenomena such as tsunamis.
