Abstract

Car rental agreements arise as a result of the development process development in the business world, this also helps the wider community to open businesses such as car rental that have a purpose for the welfare of each individual community. So that in the implementation often creates a problem where the tenant defaults against the contents of the lease agreement that has been made between the parties who Rent a car with the tenant. The main problem in this study is how to implement the rights and obligations in the car rental agreement between the tenant and CV. Berjaya Malindo and how to resolve disputes in case of default in the car rental agreement on CV. Berjaya Malindo. The research method used is the Sociology of Law, namely by way of surveys, namely direct research to the research location using data collection tools in the form of interviews linked to laws and regulations and expert opinions as well as the basis of existing lease agreements. The nature of this study is descriptive, which provides a clear and detailed description of an event that occurs clearly and in detail about the settlement of defaults in the implementation of the car rental agreement on CV. Berjaya Malindo. In the results of research conducted by the author, the rights and obligations of the parties in the implementation of car rental on CV. Berjaya Malindo has been carried out as stated in the contents of the car rental agreement at CV.
