Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) on the WLAN network at the Riau Province Environment and Forestry Service. By measuring throughput, delay, jitter, and Packet Loss parameters, this study aims to evaluate the performance of the WLAN network and identify areas which require improvement to improve service quality. In addition, this study will also provide recommendations and suggestions for maintaining network quality and providing optimal service to users. The data obtained from the test will be analyzed statistically and compared with the applicable QoS value standards. The results This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the service quality of the WLAN network at the Riau Province Environment and Forestry Service and provide guidance for corrective actions needed to improve network performance.
