Abstract

PT. RSUP PKB Wilayah 3 has a system that can handle information in the form of reports made in ms.excel and printed in hardcopy form and submitted to certain units and SPV. The system for inputting work activities carried out by employees will be input into the excel template and calculated by each team and then submitted to the SPV, from the team in the hybrid garden there are 7 teams and each has a target in completing work such as harvesting, pick up and arrive at the processing section, it must be done effectively and efficiently so that it can benefit the company and add benefits to the company. In every activity or work monitoring is needed which can provide information in the implementation of management and can also monitor the results of employee activities in the field, because each stage is long and has a different process in carrying out the activity, therefore it is better to make improvements and a running system that help company performance. To speed up the monitoring process, an application is needed that can facilitate data access. From the details of the discussion above, an E-Monitoring system will be created that suits the needs to find out quickly the results of the work of employees in the field. The monitoring process that will be used to capture information and be entered into database storage and will be processed by the system to get results / output.
