Abstract

Company value is an investor's perception of a company that is often associated with stock prices. A high company value reflects a high rate of return on investment from investors. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of intellectual capital, sustainability discussion and profitability variables on company value in energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The population in this study is 87 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique so that 54 companies were obtained that met the research criteria during the 2021-2023 time span. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the Intellectual Capital and Profitability variables have no effect on the company's value. The Sustainability Disclousure variable affects the company's value. Simultaneously, the variables of intellectual capital, sustainability and profitability have a significant effect on the value of the company.
