Abstract

Development is an important thing in supporting social life so that development is an obligation that must be done by the government, especially rural development. This is because rural development is very important in development planning, by building, it can directly reduce poverty. Therefore, in the implementation of rural development, partnership are needed So that in carrying out a partnership between the village government and also community empowerment institusion which will later form a pattern. That purpose of this reserch to find out the pattern of village government partnerships with community empowerment institutions in development. To answer the problems in this research, qualitatif methods are used with several informants who became the source of the information. The results of this study are that between the village government and community empowerment institutions have a mutualistic partnership pattern. In carrying out partnership, of course, there are several inhibitng factors, including communication and also the selfishness of each individual in each institution.
