Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in 2021 and 2022 by applying the value for money method. The type of research used is qualitative research and the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The collection technique obtained is in the form of a Government Agency Performance Report for the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for 2021 and 2022. The results of this research show that in 2021, the program implemented by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency is less economical. Meanwhile, in 2022 the program implemented will be uneconomical. In 2021, almost all programs implemented by the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency are inefficient. Meanwhile, in 2022 the program implemented will be inefficient. In 2021, for optimal performance indicators, the preparation of the RAPBD alone will be very effective. Meanwhile, in 2022, the optimal indicator for preparing the RAPBD will be ineffective. Thus, the performance of the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in 2021 and 2022, in terms of economic, efficiency and effectiveness elements, has not met the value for money principle.
