While the quantitative method is used to see the achievement of the City Without Slums (KOTAKU) program using weighting assistance. The results of the study explained that : 1) Of all the RW’s that were the locations for the implementation of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU), 4 aspects and 11 criteria had been achieved, namely RW 01 and RW 08, each of which added 122 meters of environmental roads, an addition of 51 meters – 132 meters of drainage channels, 1-2 TPS units, and only 2 RWs that are not in accordance with standards, namely RW 04 and RW 07. 2) Based on the weighting of the building aspect of 40%, environmental road aspect of 83%, drainage aspect of 50%, and waste management aspects of 22%. So it can be conclude that the level of achievement of the Cities Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) intervention in Balik Alam Village in 2018 – 2022 was 46% and was categorized as moderate slum.
