Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and explain whether there is Accountability and Transparency in the management of Village Fund Finance in Sei Meranti Village, Torgamba District, South Labuhan Batu Regency. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secunde data. This research is adescriptive qualitative research by comparing practice and theory. The results showed that accountability in Sei Meranti Village has not been accountable due to delays in reporting due to delays in preparing reports and distance constraints. Transparency is also still not transparent can be seen from the lack of information that can be accessed by the community, the lack of openness of the village government in presenting the information listed on billboards.
