Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection used a questionnaire with a research sample Analysis of the work spirit of Mts Hasanah Pekanbaru teachers with a total of 25 teachers. From the results of the data validity, it shows that all items in the statements in the respondents are valid and reliable which are quite good. Based on the recapitulation of the research results, it shows that the analysis of the work spirit of Mts Hasanah Pekanbar useen from the dimensions of work environment, workload, rewards teachers has quite good results.
