Abstract

This study aims to describe the dynamics of the at the Islamic University of Riau. Final-year students are in a transitional phase toward adulthood , marked by academic pressure , career uncertainty, and complex social demands This period often leads to identity crises, anxiety, and a sense of being tuck. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving three final-year stude nts selected using purposive sampling. The findings reveal that quarter life crisis is characterized by difficulty in decision -making. hopeless ness due to unfinished theses, pressure from the surrounding environmen t, and anxiety about the future and interpersonal relationships. Internal faetors such as self-reflec tion and doubt, along with external factors bike family expectat ions and social comparison, intensify the crisis Thus. the a catalyst in the process be quarter life crisis can and both an obstacle of psychological assistance are crucial and identity formation . Social support to help individuals navigate this transiti onal phase adaptively.
