Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine and analyze the impact of Job Training on employee productivity through Work Discipline at PT. Pipamas Putih Duri. The population for this study consists of production employees at PT. Pipamas Putih Duri, totaling 45 individuals. The sampling technique used is census sampling, which involves selecting the entire population of 45 people. Data collection methods in this study include interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis technique employs quantitative descriptive analysis and the SmartPLS software (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that job training does not have a significant effect on employee productivity through work discipline as an intervening variable.
