Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of affective commitment and normative commitment on employee performance at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur (IIS) Pelalawan Regency. Sampling used the Census method, so the sample in this study was 103 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing using the SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that affective commitment and normative commitment affect employee performance at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur (IIS) Pelalawan Regency.
