Abstract

This research aims to determine Career Development and Work Environment on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Jaya Nika Permata. The population in this study was 65 respondents with sampling using the census method, so the sample in this study was 65 respondents. The type and source of data is primary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that Career Development and Work Environment partially have a negative and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Jaya Nika Permata, and Career Development and Work Environment simultaneously influence Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Jaya Nika Permata.
