Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of health services in health facilities for BPJS participants in Anambas Islands Regency and to analyze the obstacles in health services in health facilities for BPJS participants in Anambas Islands Regency. This research uses The type of research conducted in this study is qualitative, which provides an accurate, factual, and systematic description of the facts, characteristics, and relationships between the phenomena of the object being studied. Thus, this research can explain the phenomena observed directly, especially those related to the Analysis of the Quality of Health Services in Health Facilities for BPJS Participants in the Anambas Islands Regency. Whereas the type of descriptive research is intended for the measurement or precise description of certain social phenomena, the relationship between theory and observation. Based on the research results on the Analysis of Health Service Quality in Health Facilities for BPJS Participants in Anambas Islands Regency, it was concluded that the condition of RSUD Palmatak, which is still classified as type D, cannot yet provide BPJS health facility services because its facilities and medical capabilities are the least among other class hospitals. This makes the Quality of Health Services in Health Facilities for BPJS Participants in Anambas Islands Regency not yet optimal. Additionally, the limited infrastructure and medical equipment at RSUD Palmatak and Puskesmas Kute Siantan prevent the provision of BPJS health facility services. On the other hand, the geographical conditions of the Anambas archipelago make the Quality of Health Services in Health Facilities for BPJS Participants in Anambas Regency not optimal because, on average, consumers who receive referral letters must travel long distances to the referral hospital.
