Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze employee job satisfaction at PT. Riau Samuda Mandiri. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a quantitative framework. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were derived from company documents. The population of the study consisted of 37 employees, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that job satisfaction levels are influenced by motivation, compensation, work environment, workplace relationships, and general facilities. The most dominant factor is fairness in compensation, while the work environment is an area that needs improvement. In conclusion, most employees feel satisfied with their jobs, but there are still aspects that require the company's attention to further enhance overall job satisfaction.
