Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Promotion on Decision Making at World English Pare Learning Guidance, Kediri. This study uses Promotion and Decision Making Variables. The Type of Research Using Mixed Research, Because the Author intends to provide analysis results and information on the object being studied. Data collection techniques using: Observation, Questionnaires, Interviews and Documentation. The Results of the Promotion Research conducted by World English Pare have reached a very good category. From various indicators, promotion through messages, media, time, and frequency has been carried out optimally. The use of social media such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp is the main factor in disseminating information about this learning guidance program. Decision Making that falls into the good category. Factors such as culture, social, personal, and psychological also play a role in the decision of prospective participants to register. Promotion with More Specificity, World English Pare needs to identify the most potential participant segments and adjust the promotion strategy to be more relevant, such as using targeted advertising on social media based on interests and locations.
