Abstract

This study is to determine and analyze the Business Strategy of 3M Plus Hospital, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and to determine the Inhibiting Factors of 3M Plus Hospital Business Strategy, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, This study uses SWOT Analysis Theory including: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Data collection techniques used: Observation, Interviews and Documentation. The results of this study are the Business Strategy of 3M Plus Hospital, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, namely: Business Strategy of 3M Plus Hospital, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency The main strengths of 3M Plus Hospital are good service quality, comfortable room facilities, and health workers who have received professional training. This is a factor that supports patient satisfaction and improves the reputation of the hospital. Weaknesses that are still faced include limited medical equipment, less supportive road access especially during the rainy season, and lack of supporting facilities such as canteens, mini markets, and clear visiting hours.
