Abstract
Rice Agribusiness in Seberang Pebenaan Village, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. Under the guidance of Mrs. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Septina Elida, M.Sc. The development of agribusiness in Indonesia in the process of economic development and improving community welfare has a very important role. This research aims to analyze 1. Characteristics of lowland rice farmers, agro-industry actors and traders, 2. Subsystem for providing lowland rice production facilities, 3. Lowland rice farming subsystem, 4. Agro-industry subsystem, 5. Lowland rice marketing subsystem and 6. Supporting subsystem for lowland rice farming in Seberang Village Correction. The research was conducted from December 2023 to May 2024. Respondents in this research consisted of 31 lowland rice farmers, 1 rice milling entrepreneurs and 1 rice traders. The results of the research show 1. The average age of lowland rice farmers is 41 years, the length of education is 6 years (SD), the number of dependents in the family is 3 people and the experience of farming lowland rice is 20 years. The agro-industry actor's age is 47 years, his education is 12 years (high school), his business is 13 years and he has 4 dependents in his family. The trader's age is 29 years, 16 years of education (S1), 5 years of business and 3 family dependents. 2. The subsystem for providing production facilities for rice farming for seeds, pesticides and equipment in terms of price is not correct, fertilizer in terms of quantity and price is not correct, the rest of the farmers say it is correct. 3. Paddy rice farming subsystem, the average farmer's land area is 1.20 Ha, the use of seeds per hectare per planting season is 58 Kg. Urea fertilizer as much as 86.56 Kg, Phonska fertilizer as much as 20.70 Kg. Ruso pesticide was 9.73 L, Prima Kuat was 7.95 L, Darmabas was 330.4 Ml, DMA was 695.12 Ml and Tipos was 1.86 packs. The use of TKDK per hectare per planting season is 13.6 HOK and TKLK is 12.7 HOK. Lowland rice farming production per hectare per planting season is 5,143 Kg, production costs are IDR 10,698,390, gross income is IDR 38,571,340, net income is IDR 27,872,950 and efficiency is 3.2%. 4. Agro-industry subsystem of lowland rice farming. Price of raw material for grain is IDR 7,500, rice produced is 1,360 Kg/Production and added value is IDR 2,019.67/Kg. 5. Marketing subsystem of lowland rice farming, retailers market rice from producers to final consumers, costs Rice marketing is IDR 250/Kg, marketing margin is IDR 1,000/Kg, profits earned by traders are IDR 750/Kg, Farmer's Share is 50% and rice marketing efficiency is 1.66%. 6. Supporting subsystems for lowland rice farming that support farmers in carrying out lowland rice farming are farmer groups, extension institutions and Keritang District government institutions.
