Abstract

The Construction Project for the Lecture Building and Polytechnic Study Program of the Riau Ministry of Health was carried out by PT. Jumindo Indah Perkasa consists of 10 floors with the conventional column casting method. Conventional column casting work has a great influence on the execution time because it takes a long time to manufacture, therefore it is very necessary to control the effective labor time for this work. Based on the fact, that effective working time is often an obstacle to the performance of the workforce used in construction projects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effective time of labor in column casting work in the field, assess labor productivity in column casting work in the field, and compare the coefficient of labor obtained in the field with the coefficient in Permen PUPR No. 1 Year 2022. To analyze the effective time used Time Study method. A method of measuring the time of workers in the field by determining the standard time for a job. This method is used because the measurement of working time is carried out directly in the middle of the research object, then in this method there is a calculation of adjustments and time allowances to make the time more accurate. In the observation, the basic time value will be measured which will be processed into standard time, and used to calculate the effective time. This study consisted of 2 casting zones, with a total of 12 columns reviewed, and the following research results were obtained. In casting zone 1, the average effective time is 16.38 minutes with a productivity of 3.72 m³?hours, the coefficient of the mason in the field is 0.17 OH or 173% higher than the Minister of PUPR No.1 Th. 2022 and the coefficient of workers in the field is greater than 0.15 OH or 36% from Permen PUPR No.1 Th. 2022. In casting zone 2, the average effective time is 18.55 minutes with a productivity of 3.28 m³?hours, the coefficient of field workers is 0.21 OH or 209% greater than PUPR Regulation No.1 Year. 2022, and the coefficient of workers in the field is less than 0.9 OH or 23% from Permen PUPR No.1 Th. 2022.
