Abstract

Concrete is a mixture of portland cement or other hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and water with or without additives, forming a solid, strong and stable mass (SNI 2847-2013). a concrete heating experiment was carried out with a temperature of 3000C with a heating time of 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes, which aims to determine how much the decrease in the quality of concrete after being heated to a temperature of 3000C. This study used cylindrical samples, with concrete heating time at 3000C for 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes. The method used for the calculation of the concrete mix (mix design) is based on SNI 7656 - 2012. Concrete testing was carried out at 28 days of age. Based on the data from the normal concrete compressive strength test results due to heating to a temperature of 3000C 0 in 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes in each variation of heating time there is a very significant average decrease, namely: 10.77 MPa,
