Abstract

The use of information technology is very massively used in the development of transportation. Pekanbaru city government is a city that has adopted the smart city concept in order to realize the vision and mission towards a civilized Pekanbaru Smart City. One of the digital innovations in transportation is the Adaptive Traffic Control System - Intelligent Transport System (ATCS-ITS). Measuring tools for the sustainability of ATCS in the city of Pekanbaru are broadly divided into three, namely monitoring, mining and managing. Along with the implementation and development of the system, it is necessary to measure the potential for the development of the ATCS system in terms of monitoring, mining and managing to improve the quality of smart mobility-based services. the ATCS system is disabled. The research method used MKJI, SWOT and SPACE MATRIC analysis. This research was conducted by direct observation of the field to find out the existing condition of the ATCS system such as CCTV, controller and announcer. Pekanbaru City. The results of the study show that in the implementation of sustainability in terms of the ATCS operational measurement tools, namely monitoring, mining, managing, it shows that the ATCS of Pekanbaru City is in quadrant 3 or the defensive quadrant, which means agencies have the opportunity to build an intelligent transportation management system in very heavy traffic. However, the degree of saturation of the northern approach is 0.54, the southern approach is 0.57 and the western approach is 0.25, the degree of saturation of each approach is not more than 0.85. so that traffic flow when ATCS is disabled is said to be stable.
