Abstract
In planning the foundation is said to be correct if the load forwarded by the foundation to the soil does not exceed the strength of the soil concerned. If the initial planning of the foundation is wrong in calculating the bearing strength according to the applicable requirements, there is a great potential for construction failure. The purpose of this study is to determine the bearing strength and safety factor of 500 mm diameter spunpile piles where the pile foundations reviewed at point AS G-14 and pile number 67 are piles carried out loading tests, and determine the comparison of the results of each method with the results of loading tests and see which method is most effectively used. The bearing strength to be studied is the axial compressive bearing strength of the pile foundation for single pile conditions. The analysis method used is a quantitative method of collecting secondary data in the form of N-SPT data, structural drawings, architectural drawings, and loading test results. This research recalculates the structural load based on SNI 1726-2019, then calculates the axial bearing strength of the pile foundation by static method and 2D finite element method. The static method analysis uses the Meyerhof method, the Briaud et al method, and the Luciano Decourt method and the axisymmetric 2D finite element method with interfaces. The results of this study show a comparison of the bearing capacity of pile foundations based on N-SPT data. For the bearing capacity of the single pile foundation point number 67 using the analytical method for the Meyerhof method is 3723.16 kN, the Briaud et al method is 2504.82 kN, the Luciano Decourt method is 8066.55 kN, and the 2D MEH method for pile number 67 is 1995.98 kN. The bearing strength that is close to the loading test results at point AS G-14 pole number 67 is with MEH 2D axisymmetry with the interface with the value of the bearing strength of the pole ranging from 2000 kN - 2200 kN and the safety factor obtained is 2.5 with the Briaud et al method, while in other methods the bearing strength and safety factor obtained are greater than the loading test results and the results of the single pile bearing capacity obtained from all methods to the maximum axial load are safe or can bear the design load acting on the upper structure.
