Abstract

Bengkalis roro port is one of the regional ports that connects Bengkalis sub-district with Bukit Batu sub-district. The problem that often occurs in the port is the technical passenger service that affects customer satisfaction. For passengers who don't orderly queue, it tends to trigger a commotion. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the roro ferry port infrastructure in Bengkalis Regency based on service aspects. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The data obtained from the quesiner was then processed using the SPSS statistics 25 application to determine the feasibility of the roro ferry port infrastructure in Bengkalis Regency based on service technical aspects. There are two tests carried out in the multiple linear regression method. The first is a partial test (t test) to determine the effect of individual service technical aspects on customer satisfaction and the second is a simultaneous test (F test) to determine the effect of the technical aspects of service together on customer satisfaction. service technical. From the results of the analysis based on statistical tests t test (Partial: Physical evidence, reliability and responsiveness) t count = -2.053 < t table -1.989 significant level 0.043 <0.05, t count = 2.301 > t table 1.989 significant level 0.024 <0.05, t count = -2736 <t table -1989 significant level 0.008 <0.05. It was concluded that the physical condition of the infrastructure, reliability and responsiveness were feasible while the guarantee and empathy variables t count = 1.965 > t table 1.989 significant level 0.053 > 0.05, t count = 0.827 < t table 1.989 significant level 0.410 > 0.05 not feasible (unsatisfactory) . But based on the F test (overall: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) F count = 3.947 > F table 2.326 significant level 0.03 <0.05. It was concluded that the infrastructure of the roro ferry port in Bengkalis Regency is feasible based on the technical aspects of service.
