Abstract
The Performance of ferry services often gets the public’s attention about the services have been provided, so that the performance of the services provided needs to be analyzed whether the availability of services has been there can meet the needs or requests for the Bengkalis-Pakning Ferry Port. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of port services and service performance to service passengers Air Putih Roll On Roll Off (RO-RO) Ferry Port Bengkalis. The analytical method used in this study is Quantitative Analysis with Microsoft Excel 2016 and IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Port service performance analysis is analyzed based on port service performance indicators and utilization, and passenger service performance analysis based on Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 39 of 2015 based on perceptions or responses from service users at the RO-RO Air Putih Ferry Port, Bengkalis Regency. The results of calculating for service indicator while the ship is at the Air Putih Roll On Roll Off (RO-RO) Ferry Port, Bengkalis Regency is good enough with average value of 15,45% and Utilization Indicator at the Air Putih Roll On Roll Off (RO-RO) Ferry Port Bengkalis is BOR of First Pier which is 43% classified as Good Enough and BOR of Second Pier which is 34% classified as Good. And the performance of passenger services based on the perceptions based on Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 39 of 2015 shows several types of services classified good enough such as disturbance information services: 49,25%, advanced transportation information: 47,75%,passenger service facilities : 41,50%, passenger luggage services: 33,50% , and nursing mothers rooms: 36,25%.
