Abstract

In journey development of E-government in government , District Siak Also intense developing e-government in various areas field Wrong the only one is in the field Communication and Informatics , which one Service communication And informatics regency Siak has make A EMedia system used For receptacle cooperation with mass media in the district Siak . In E-Media travel is available a number of constraint like the server sometimes goes down but E-Media too give convenience in order publication And selection cooperation become fast . Objective from study This is For know And analyze effectiveness e-Media application as receptacle cooperation Government Regency Siak with provider media services . Method used is approach quantitative type descriptive survey research.Data collection was carried out with questionnaire, observation And documentation , with population 154 people and sample of 90 people. From the results study effectiveness e-media applications as receptacle cooperation Government Regency Siak is determined by three indicators , namely input where apparatus service communication And informatics regency damn Already is at in " Effective " category and collaborating media with government regency Siak is at in category “ Enough Effective ”, then the apparatus process indicator service communication And informatics regency Siak is at in category " Effective " while the media collaborate with government regency Siak is at on category “ Enough Effective ” and indicators of apparatus outcomes service communication And informatics Regency Siak is at in " Effective " category and collaborating media with regency Siak is at in category “ Enough Effective ”. Suggestions for E-Media in the future to implement updates for cooperation second party become effective and to be given room more wide again so that E-Media can more includes mass media more wide Again in the future .
