Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of interaction and the main factor of pineapple peel bokashi and NPK 16:16:16 fertiliser on the growth and yield of flower cabbage plants. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University from April to July 2024. The design used in the study was a factorial complete randomised design with two factors. The first factor is pineapple peel bokashi consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely 0; 250; 500; and 750 g per polybag and the second factor is NPK 16:16:16 fertiliser consisting of 4 levels, namely 0; 3.75; 7.5; and 11.25 g per polybag, there are 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications, so there are 48 experimental units. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, crop emergence age, harvest age, crop diameter, weight of flower cabbage crop with leaves, weight of flower cabbage crop without leaves and root volume. Observation data were analysed statistically and continued with the BNJ further test at the 5% level. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the interaction of pineapple peel bokashi and NPK 16:16:16 fertiliser has a significant effect on the parameters of crop emergence age, crop diameter, crop weight with leaves, crop weight without leaves and root volume, the best treatment is pineapple peel bokashi 500 g per polybag and NPK 16:16:16 fertiliser 7.5 g per polybag. The main effect of pineapple peel bokashi is significant on all observation parameters, the best treatment is 500 g per polybag.
