Abstract

Road damage was happened in everywhere. Raise to be a complicated problem and induce big cost for road users. Instance cause a traffic jam, accident, and etcetera. to raise road service be a good aren’t missed by road management which is stated in Minister Rules No. 11/PRT/M/2011 about road database management and many survey betwixt cross section and long section of road inventory. Technology development more smart and can help people to fulfill their need and also for road condition survey. This study are intended to compare advantages and disadvantages of manual survey and Polycam Lidar survey. The method used in this study is direct survey as also manual survey using equipment as is and collect road conditions data using polycam - Lidar applications by Iphone 13 Pro iOS version 16.3,1 with serial number CG2WGPQKH5 IMEI 35 478625 594256 3 and polycam LIDAR application.The result is the road condition survey using polycam LIDAR application by smartphone can be use with the result more selective to detecting road damage as though rutting and the data more assured caused the 3D analysist can be repeated without resurvey in the field. From 15 segments are reviewed the SDI value, there are 1 segment are different, its segments I station 0+600 until 0+800, influencing factors is accuracy, prowess to analysist scanning result especially dimensional digitization of road damage by scan polycam LIDAR result. The difference between SDI result to handling type are not different occurs caused by difference in numbers SDI are small so that undescribed the different of road conditions.
