Abstract

In Arabic writing proficiency, there are two aspects that need to be developed. The first is the ability to write Arabic letters correctly which includes the correctness of the Imla’ (dictation) and the structure (qowaid) and the second is the ability to refine Arabic writing (khat). This is a qualitative study. In introducing hijaiyah letters, there were many difficulties faced by female students, as stated in chapter II regarding the theoretical framework (things that must be considered in learning Imla’), accuracy in writing must be in accordance with the sound of the pronunciation and also in accordance with the vowel. The obtacle factors are teachers and facilities, while the supporting factors are motivation and infrastructure. The implementation of the imla’ method in learning Nahwu can be done by: a) Providing motivation b) Completing human resources to improve the teaching and learning process c) Completing facilities and infrastructure in the teaching and learning process d) The teacher broadens insight and teaching methods. The focus of the study is the Imla’ method, but this Imla’ method can be implemented well and joyfully if the teacher has various strategies to combine in the teaching and learning process.
