Abstract

The purpose in this research examined to know the influence of reward on employee performance at Sharia Riau Kepri Bank Pekanbaru (regional company). This research used field research by using descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this research was employees at Sharia Riau Kepri Bank Pekanbaru in 2836 employees. In this research, sampling technique used slovin formula and it took sample 97 respondents. This research used primer data and secondary data. Data analysis technique used simple linear regression by using partial test (T) and determination coefficient test (R2 ). Research finding showed that there was any significant influence between reward variable on employee performance at Sharia Riau Kepri Bank Pekanbaru. This research got t test result where t counted (7.522) > t table (1.661), and significant score in 0.000 < 0.05. It meant that there was any significant influence of reward variable on employee performance partially. Meanwhile, determination coefficient testing result showed 37.3%. It meant that reward influenced employees performance at Sharia Riau Kepri Bank Pekanabru in 37.3% and others 62.7% was influenced by others variables that did not mention in this research.
