Abstract
This study intends to find out how the promotion was carried out on the Instagram social account (@rtq.pekanbaru) for the Tuan Qadhi Halfway House. The Tuan Qadhi Halfway House itself is a cultural heritage located in Pekanbaru which is still well maintained. focuses on the Implementation of Communication in Promoting Tuan Qadhi Halfway House on Instagram Social Account (@rtq.pekanabru). In this study, 3 promotional concepts were used, namely: Informing, Persuading, and Reminding. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Researchers also used several informant subjects who were considered strong and relevant. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation.The technique of checking the validity of the data uses the participation of researchers and triangulation of sources. From the results of the research, it shows that the Tuan Qadhi Shelter House is one of the cultural heritages that is still maintained today by means of promotion on their social media accounts, namely Instagram (@rtq.pekanbaru) and the role of the government.
